We have a fun-filled opportunity for a qualified, passionate and energetic Christian Early Childhood Educator to fill the role of Prep Learning Assistant in our ‘Transition to School’ Program.The successful applicant will demonstrate a strong Christian faith, skilled values and an enthusiastic and dynamic approach to helping young children learn, grow and thrive.

About you:

The successful candidate will bring:





- a personal commitment to the Christian faith and active participation in a local church community.
- a commitment to the vision and mission of MACC, with a willingness to support the faith formation of students.
- a Certificate III in Children's Services, preferably with a minimum of two years’ experience in an early childhood setting.
- an enthusiastic, hardworking and energetic attitude, demonstrated by a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- a positive and warm attitude towards young children and a passion for seeing students nurtured in all areas.
- a commitment to play-based and outdoor learning methodologies.
- a current NSW Working with Children Check.
- a current First Aid Certificate or a willingness to obtain one prior to employment.

About the Role: This is a permanent full-time position, working 8am-4pm term-time, with school holiday stand-down.
