About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Pre-Sales Support Engineer / Technical Trainer to join our growing team covering the Oceania region. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled individual with a strong networking background who thrives in both a customer-facing and training setting. Candidates must be located in either Australia or New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide pre-sales technical support to partners, resellers, and customers across the Oceania region
- Deliver engaging and comprehensive technical training sessions focused on our networking product portfolio
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers and partners
- Work closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and propose appropriate networking solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and distributors across the region
- Stay up to date with the latest networking product developments and industry trends

Qualifications & Requirements:





- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a networking-focused pre-sales, technical support, or training role
- Strong networking background with solid hands-on knowledge of LAN/WAN architecture; Wi-Fi / Wireless networking; VLANs, QoS, and Routing & Switching; Firewalls and Network Security; SD-WAN is an advantage
- Familiarity with networking brands such as Cisco, Grandstream, Ubiquiti, TP-Link, Engenius, or similar
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner
- Experience delivering in-person and online training sessions
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent are highly regarded
- Willingness to travel across the Oceania region when required
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting

Nice to Have:

- Basic understanding of Unified Communications (UC) solutions such as IP PBX and VoIP is a plus but not required
