You’ll be working on a diverse range of vehicles, installing and servicing advanced electrical accessories and systems for commercial, fleet, trade, government, and specialist applications.

About the Role n

As an Automotive Electrician, you will be responsible for the installation, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of vehicle electrical and electronic systems.

Your duties will include:

Installation of warning lights, beacons, and light bars

n
- n

Driving lights, work lights, and auxiliary lighting systems

n
- n

Emergency vehicle siren and warning systems

n
- n

Smart switch panels and vehicle control systems

n
- n





Electric brake controllers and trailer plug installations

n
- n

Dual battery and battery management systems

n
- n

Power inverters and power management solutions

n
- n

GPS navigation, vehicle tracking, and telematics equipment

n
- n

Cellular signal boosters and communication systems

n
- n

UHF radios, antennas, and related accessories

n
- n

Electrical diagnostics and fault finding

n
- n

Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and workshop safety

n

What We’re Looking For n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- n

Minimum 1 year experience as an Automotive Electrician or similar role

n
- n

Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

n
- n

Experience fitting vehicle electrical accessories

n
- n

Sound knowledge of 12V vehicle electrical systems

n
- n

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

n
- n

Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

n
- n

Excellent time management and organisational skills

n
- n

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn

- n

Automotive Electrical Trade Qualification (preferred)

- n

Current Australian Driver’s Licence
