About Us

Sea Sea Hotel is Crescent Head's luxury boutique hotel, known for refined service, premium food and drink, and a team that loves what they do. We're 2 minutes from one of the best point breaks in Australia, so your commute ends with a view.

The Roles (Casual)

Bartenders: craft cocktails, pour premium wines, and step out from behind the bar to chat with guests in the restaurant.

Baristas: know your espresso inside out, and jump in on the bar when it gets busy.

You'll work side by side with our kitchen and front-of-house teams to create service guests remember long after they check out.

What You’ll Do

Deliver polished, personable service that matches the Sea Sea standard

Make recommendations and anticipate what guests need before they ask

Work across the bar, restaurant, events, private functions and in-room dining

Keep every service area clean,

Back your team to make every shift seamless

About You

Hospitality experience in bars, restaurants or cafes (high-end venues a plus)

A real passion for food, wine, coffee and cocktails

Confident, warm and a excellent communicator

You thrive when it's busy and never let standards slip

RSA certified

Available evenings, weekends and public holidays

Well presented, and hospitality is in your blood
