As our business continues to grow, we are seeking experienced B1 / Structural Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (AMEs) to join our maintenance teams in Sydney and Melbourne.

About the Role n

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will perform aircraft inspections, maintenance, and structural repairs while ensuring compliance with CASA regulations and company procedures. This is a Monday to Friday position, with overtime opportunities available as operational requirements dictate.

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Carry out aircraft inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and structural repairs in line with job requirements
n
- Identify defects in aircraft engines, components, and structures that could affect airworthiness or safety
n
- Report unairworthy conditions promptly to Certifying Staff, Maintenance Supervisors, or Management
n
- Participate in quality assurance activities and independent audits
n




- Maintain hangar and workshop in a safe, clean, and orderly condition
n
- Support and promote a strong safety culture through open communication and reporting
n
- Contribute actively to the organisation's quality and safety management systems
n
- Collaborate effectively with team members and key stakeholders
n
- Demonstrate professionalism, initiative, and a solid commitment to operational excellence
n
- Uphold the high standards and values of ExecuJet MRO Services
n

About You nn
- Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Mechanical / Structures)
n
- Experience working in aircraft maintenance environments
n
- Business jet aircraft experience highly regarded
n
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
n
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
n
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
n
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work
n
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced maintenance environment
n
