Job Description

We are seeking a Dispatch Officer to join our team. This is a full-time, office-based permanent position that requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and the ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced team setting.





Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- scheduling the sub-contractors’ daily runs based on the most efficient route.
- Liaising between the client and the sub-contractor to ensure all deliveries are completed within the agreed timeframes.
- Ensuring customers are kept informed of any variables or delays with their delivery.
- Being highly proficient in all client delivery processes and requirements.
- Being acutely aware of Work Health and Safety legislation and how it relates to our sub-contractors and service provision.
