Are you a payroll expert who understands the critical connection between Enterprise Agreements, industrial relations, systems and payroll delivery?

Join Ramsay as ourPayroll Enterprise Agreement Lead and play a pivotal role in ensuring our payroll environment is ready to deliver accurate, compliant and effective payments as Enterprise Agreements evolve.

n

This is an opportunity to use your payroll expertise to influence decisions well before they reach the payslip — reviewing proposed EA clauses, identifying system and operational impacts, and working with key stakeholders to ensure Ramsay is ready to implement change.

About the role: n

You’ll be the critical link betweenPayroll, Industrial Relations, Workforce Planning and Systems , bringing practical payroll insight to EA negotiations and implementation.

You will:

n

- Review proposed EA clauses and assess their payroll and operational impact.
n
- Translate complex EA requirements into practical payroll solutions.
n
- Partner with Systems teams on configuration, testing and implementation.
n
- Identify potential workload, resourcing and timing impacts for Payroll.
n
- Provide expert payroll advice throughout EA negotiations and implementation.
n
- Lead and contribute to projects that improve payroll readiness and delivery.
n




- Build robust relationships across Payroll, IR, Workforce Planning and Systems.
n

About you: n

We’re looking for an experienced payroll professional who can confidently navigate a complex, highly regulated environment and connect the dots between industrial instruments, people, processes and technology.

n

You’ll bring:

n

- Significant experience working in a complex payroll environment.
n
- Strong experience interpreting and applying Enterprise Agreements.
n
- Sound understanding of payroll systems and system configuration.
n
- Experience reviewing industrial instruments and assessing their impacts.
n
- Proven stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills.
n
- Experience in payroll governance, project delivery and system testing.
n
- Experience in healthcare, aged care, retail or another award-dependent industry.
