- Shape operating models, governance, colleague communications and enterprise change to improve productivity and delivery outcomes.
- Lead a multidisciplinary enablement function and act as a trusted adviser to senior executives.

In the role of Head of Business Enablement,you will join the PB Change Enablement team, contributing to key business priorities and continuously improving how we serve our customers.

You’llmake an impact each day by:

- Owning and continuously improving the Personal Banking Change & Enablement operating model, governance practices and operating rhythms.
- Developing and executing strategic business plans, including prioritisation, workforce planning and investment recommendations.
- Delivering executive reporting, performance insights and a consolidated view of change activity, risks and dependencies.
- Leading Personal Banking performance frameworks, KPI governance, target-setting and annual performance planning.
- Oversee colleague and executive communications, reporting and enterprise-level stakeholder engagement




- Building and leading a high-performing Business Enablement team while fostering collaboration across Personal Banking and enterprise functions.

You’llbring to this role:

- Extensive experience in business management, transformation, strategy execution, governance or operational leadership.
- Proven experience advising executive leaders and influencing senior stakeholders in large, complex organisations.
- Strong capability across portfolio governance, performance management, strategic planning and organisational effectiveness.
- Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams and large-scale transformation or change initiatives.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to use data, technology, AI and automation to improve business outcomes.
