A semi-skilled labourer position with a busy Brisbane building and renovation company. This position offers 40 hours per week over four days, providing a three-day weekend while maintaining full-time hours.
Key responsibilities
- Assisting qualified carpenters and tradespeople
- General building and renovation work
- Demolition and site preparation
- Moving and organising materials
- Using hand and power tools
- Maintaining clean and safe worksites
- Assisting with carpentry, fencing and retaining-wall projects
About you
- Previous building or construction experience
- A current driver's licence
- A reliable commercial vehicle, such as a ute or van
- A strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- The ability to work well independently and as part of a small team
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
- Having your own tools would be an advantage but is not essential
- Excellent pay and conditions for the right person
