Our Finance and Corporate Services directorate is seeking an organised professional with a genuine focus on people for the role of Team Leader - Carer Payments. Working collaboratively, you will oversee the administration of Carer Payments and related financial services, supporting the delivery of a vital program within the Department for Child Protection.

With scope to identify opportunities and improve services, you can use your analytical approach and leadership skills in a role where your contribution is valued and your work makes a difference.

In this role, you will:

- Oversee the administration of Carer Payments and related services, meeting program goals and performance targets
- Lead a team to deliver quality services and support staff development
- Drive continuous improvement of systems and services, including resource management and reporting
- Work collaboratively across the organisation, providing expert advice and guidance
- Manage operational resources and service delivery to achieve positive client outcomes.

About you:

- You have experiencemanaging staff, buildingpositive team environmentsand supporting professionaldevelopment
- You can identify opportunities to improve service delivery and implement effective strategies
- Your experience includes managing effective financial and administrative functions to support organisational needs
- You bring excellent communication skills and can build effective relationships with a range of stakeholders
- You have strong knowledge of funding and financial reporting, with the ability to analyse information,



manage risk and deliver practical solutions.
