Remuneration: $125,000 - $150,000 base + Super + Performance Bonus.

Utilizing advanced SCADA data analytics, our team of remote specialists monitors, triages, and provides expert diagnostic advice for over 500 major commercial facilities across Australia. We bridge the gap between complex building telemetry and actionable facility management solutions.

Role Overview

We are seeking an analytically minded, process-driven Operations & Triage Manager to run our virtual service desk. Managing a highly skilled team of technicians, you will act as the "Air Traffic Controller" for our portfolio. Your job is to oversee real-time building alerts, ensure our advisory reports are technically elite and legally sound, and optimize team workflows to deliver rapid, high-margin insights to facility managers.

Key Responsibilities

Virtual Desk Leadership: Manage and coordinate a team of technical specialists, running sharp 15-minute daily virtual stand-ups to allocate incoming telemetry alerts.

Platform Oversight:



Actively monitor the dashboards to oversee the health of 500 connected commercial sites, identifying complex system faults, short-cycling, and energy-wasting anomalies.

Quality & Liability Control: Review and approve all "Digital Advisory Reports" before they are issued to clients. Ensure advice is clear, high-value, actionable for third-party contractors.

System Management: Maintain absolute data hygiene within SCADA systems. Monitor advisory SLA response times, streamline report-to-invoice workflows, and ensure all client communications are closed out within time.

Client Advisory Growth: Build strong relationships with facility managers, translating historical system trends into proactive upgrade, maintenance, or energy-saving proposals.

Skills & Qualifications

Tech Stack: High proficiency with SCADA/BMS control logic and field service software is highly valued.

Background: An HVAC mechanical trade background, controls engineering qualification, or extensive experience in commercial building management systems (BMS).

Mindset: A leader who excels at succinct communication. You must have an elite eye for data trends and the ability to look at a telemetry screen to diagnose a mechanical failure.

Communication: Exceptional written English skills, with the ability to articulate highly technical faults into plain, skilled, and risk-managed business advice.
