About the Role

Teachers at KIN deliver differentiated,



evidence‑informed learning within small, calm classrooms. You’ll work closely with therapists, learning support staff, and families to design personalised learning pathways that honour each student’s strengths, interests, communication preferences, and developmental needs.

You are reflective, team-oriented, and committed to inclusive practice. You value relationships, curiosity, creativity, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications To ensure specialised, high‑quality education across K–13, all KIN teachers must hold:

- An undergraduate degree in Primary Education, and
- A Master of Special Education, or be currently completing postgraduate studies in Special Education or Inclusive Education
