The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Principal Civil Engineer to join our Brisbane team. As our client portfolio grows across the resources, energy and industrial sectors, this position will help support and expand our engineering and design capabilities. This a great opportunity for a talented and passionate engineer to be part of a supportive and collaborative team.

Our civil and hydrology teams deliver a full suite of civil services including bulk earthworks design, roadwork design, stormwater design, utility services design, traffic engineering, rail and heavy haul rail engineering, and contract management. We specialise in optimising bulk earthworks and provide design, documentation, and construction support services on all aspects of road infrastructure.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate resources across projects and support lead engineers in the delegation of tasks and duties to other team members.
- Review designs submitted by leaders and provided design guides and technical expertise if applicable




- Utilising broad market network identify business opportunities in the greater marketplace and develop winning strategies and proposals to win work.

Here’s what you’ll need

- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)
- Be confident to lead a team and provide both technical and non-technical support across the team.
- Maintain a long-standing relationship with clients and be confident to push back on their requests when required.
