Ready to step beyond Senior CRA without moving fully into people management?

I'm working with a global CRO that is looking to appoint a Principal CRA as part of its growing Australian team.

This role would suit an experienced Senior CRA who enjoys monitoring and site relationships but is looking for more influence, ownership and visibility within studies.

As a Principal CRA, you'll still remain close to the sites and the science, but you'll also become a key voice within the study team. You'll be trusted with higher-profile sites, greater responsibility across study delivery, mentoring less experienced CRAs and acting as a go-to resource for both sites and internal stakeholders.

What I particularly like about this opportunity is that it genuinely feels like the next step up from Senior CRA, rather than simply the same role with a different title.

✔ Established Senior CRA or Principal CRA experience

✔ Strong monitoring background across study start-up, routine monitoring and close-out

✔ Confidence managing stakeholder relationships independently

✔ Passion for quality, patient safety and study delivery

$125,000 - $135,000 base plus car allowance plus super.
