About the role

We are seeking an experienced Principal Consultant to join our Sales & Marketing team. This strategic role combines consulting, account management, solution design, and business development. You will work closely with customers to understand their business goals, develop innovative ERP solutions, and identify opportunities for upgrades, consulting services, and additional software products.

Key responsibilities

- Build and maintain executive-level customer relationships.
- Facilitate business transformation and strategic planning workshops.
- Design innovative ERP and business software solutions.
- Develop Statements of Work (SOWs), estimates, and implementation strategies.
- Drive consulting, upgrade, and software sales opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Technology Partners to support customer growth.
- Provide expert advice on ERP roadmaps, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Mentor consultants and contribute to continuous improvement across the team.

About you

- Degree in Business, Commerce, IT, or equivalent experience.
- Extensive ERP consulting and implementation experience.
- Proven success delivering complex,



multi-site and multi-country ERP projects.
- Strong business development and solution sales experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience.
- Mining or mining services industry experience (desirable).
- Established executive-level professional network (desirable).
