The Principal Human Resources (HR) Consultant provides leadership and professional HR guidance to the Recruitment and Talent Solutions team and broader QAS organisation in the planning, development and implementation of strategic recruitment initiatives and generalist workforce management services, to support the attraction and recruitment of quality candidates to the QAS.

We are seeking a strategic HR practitioner with demonstrated experience in recruitment, workforce planning, talent mapping, succession planning and organisation-wide talent mobility to strengthen organisational capability and support current and future workforce needs.

This role is located at one of our Head Office buildings in Kedron (Brisbane Northside). Kedron based roles for the QAS have access to perks such as: free onsite parking, free onsite pool and gym, onsite cafe, home mortgage salary packaging benefits, access to flexible work arrangements).
