Principal Consultant – Software Engineering Recruitment

Sydney CBD | upto $130,000–$140,000 base + super + monthly commission

Take ownership of an established Software Engineering desk with blue-chip clients, existing revenue and plenty of room to grow.

You’ll inherit a contracting book, with commission on that revenue, alongside an active permanent desk that combined has made this one of the highest billing desks in the company.

Assignments span Senior Software Engineers, specialist developers and Heads of Digital across financial services, consulting, software, agriculture, manufacturing and FMCG.

There’s strong inbound activity, but this is a Principal role: you’ll use your network to deepen existing relationships and win recent business.
