About the Role

We are seeking a Pharmaceutical Granulation Manufacturing Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring granulation equipment used in the manufacturing of pharmaceutical products. You will ensure all processes meet Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards and company quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate granulation equipment such as high shear mixers, ovens, fluid bed granulators, and related processing equipment.
- Weigh, measure,



and prepare raw materials according to approved batch manufacturing records.
- Monitor granulation parameters (temperature, moisture, mixing times) to ensure consistent product quality.
- Complete batch documentation accurately and in compliance with GMP requirements.
- Perform equipment setup, cleaning, and line clearance procedures.
- Identify and report process deviations, equipment issues, or safety concerns.
- Work closely with Quality Assurance and Production teams to maintain product quality standards.
- Follow health, safety, and regulatory procedures at all times.

Requirements

- Previous experience in pharmaceutical, food, or chemical manufacturing (granulation experience preferred).
- Knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read and follow batch manufacturing records and SOPs.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, regulated production environment.
- Physically capable of manual handling tasks and standing for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with fluid bed drying, wet granulation, or tablet manufacturing.
- Familiarity with cleanroom environments.
