Category Lead / Category Specialist – Capital Procurement

Brisbane | 3–6 Month Contract | Competitive Day Rate

I’m currently looking for an experienced Category Lead or Category Specialist to join a large mining organisation in Brisbane for an initial 3–6 month contract.

Ideally, we’re looking for someone with strong capital procurement experience who can come in and hit the ground running, working across sourcing, tenders, negotiations and supplier management while partnering closely with stakeholders across the business.

Experience within mining or resources would be great, although I’d also be interested in speaking with people who have worked across capital procurement within other large and complex organisations.

The day rate is competitive and will depend on experience, and there may also be the prospect for the contract to extend.
