Halfords in Western Australia is seeking a Deputy Manager to oversee store operations in the Store Manager's absence. You will lead by example, drive sales, ensure health and safety compliance, and coach the team to deliver exceptional customer service.

This role requires at least a year of retail management experience, solid communication skills, and a commercial mindset. You will also use MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint as part of day-to-day tasks and staff development.
