We are looking for a Part Time Manager Corporate and Governance to support the day-to-day coordination of our corporate functions.
In this role, you will be working across quality and compliance, governance, IT and finance, while working closely with the CEO, managers, staff and external providers to make sure key organisational tasks and priorities are completed, systems are maintained and organisational requirements are met.
What you will do:
Coordinating PCCS’s quality, compliance, risk and governance frameworks, registers, reporting and committee processes.
Monitor key compliance and regulatory requirements and follow up actions and deadlines.
Coordinating audits, quality reviews, accreditation activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
Overseeing day-to-day IT systems, technology providers, software vendors, licences, access and system improvement projects.
Coordinate budgeting, financial reporting, reconciliations and other routine finance activities.
Supporting routine finance processes, financial controls, audits, acquittals and funding requirements.
Working with the Senior Management Team to translate organisational priorities into practical plans, actions and deliverables.
Coordinating corporate services activities, competing priorities and external providers to ensure timely delivery.
Providing practical advice and support to managers and staff on corporate processes, systems and organisational requirements.
Identifying opportunities to improve systems,
processes and ways of working across the organisation.
What you need:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, management, finance, quality, compliance, IT or a related discipline, or substantial relevant experience.
Demonstrated experience in corporate services, business operations or a similar management role, ideally within health, community services, not-for-profit or another regulated environment.
Experience working across multiple corporate functions, with sound knowledge of quality and compliance, risk, IT systems and financial management.
Experience developing and maintaining policies, procedures, systems, controls, registers and reporting processes.
Experience coordinating audits, accreditation, risk management or quality improvement activities.
Experience working with IT providers and software vendors, including system implementation or improvement projects.
Sound understanding of budgeting, financial reporting and routine financial management
The ability to interpret legislation, standards and contractual requirements and translate them into practical actions.
Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively with senior leaders, staff, providers and external stakeholders.
High attention to detail, sound judgement and a robust commitment to confidentiality and continuous improvement.
