What you will do: nn
- Lead and manage the Looked After Children Team to ensure the highest quality of care and welfare for children.

- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve service delivery and outcomes for children and young people.

- Supervise, support and motivate a team of social workers, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures and best practice.
n
- Collaborate with external agencies and stakeholders to co-ordinate comprehensive care plans.

- Monitor and evaluate team performance, offering guidance and training as necessary.

- Ensure compliance with legal and statutory requirements in all aspects of social work practice.
