We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic marketing and administration expert to join our award-winning Real Estate agency. Our office is in the Inner West of Sydney, and wildly recognized as the leading Real Estate office in the local area & the winner of consecutive “Office Marketing Excellence” award at the yearly network state awards.

The role will have a strong focus on the marketing, promotion and operations of the office working alongside the directors, sales, property management and administration teams.

n

The key responsibilities of the role are:

n

n
- Manage the office’s social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, and Google
n
- Website management, creating CMS content, and monitoring performance statistics
n
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns and property campaigns
n
- Ensuring real estate portals are kept up to date and are professionally presented
n
- Liaise with suppliers, account managers, and community organisations
n
- Manage marketing invoicing and collection of VPA
n




- Organise our monthly-in room auction events and ensure they run smoothly
n
- Actively look for efficient technology that can help us achieve excellent outcomes
n

The successful candidate will be: nn
- Meticulous with exceptional attention to detail and follow up skills
n
- Passionate about marketing with a keen interest in social media and digital marketing
n
- Tech savvy and very familiar with the Office 365 suite of products
n
- Highly organised and able to independently prioritise tasks and responsibilities
n
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
n
- Skilled friendly personality and willingness to help the team
n
- Previous real estate experience not required but will be a huge plus!
