About the role

Lead the sales organisation to deliver revenue, gross margin, market-share and customer-growth objectives. The role sets the national sales strategy, leads District Sales Managers, strengthens key customer and channel relationships, and supports broader AUNZ Leadership Team outcomes.

Main Responsibilities

Develop and execute the AUNZ sales plan in line with business objectives, budget and growth priorities.

Lead, coach and hold accountable the District Sales Managers to deliver territory, customer and segment plans.

Deliver revenue, gross margin, market-share and product-mix outcomes across districts, channels and strategic accounts.

Own the sales forecast,



pipeline review and demand signals to support inventory, supply and business planning.

Maintain commercial discipline over pricing, discounting, trading terms, customer agreements and margin management.

Build senior relationships with major growers, corporate customers, dealers, distributors, contractors and industry stakeholders.

Education / Experience / Skills

Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, agriculture, engineering or a related field is desirable.

10 years' experience in senior sales or commercial leadership roles, including leading geographically dispersed field sales teams.

Strong commercial and financial acumen, with delivery of revenue, margin and growth objectives.

Experience in key-account, dealer, distributor, channel or major customer management.

Capability in forecasting, budgeting, pipeline management, territory planning and business planning.

Ability to travel regularly across Australia and Recent Zealand.
