Shojun Concrete is looking for an experienced Concreter/Formworker to join our crew, working across projects in Warrnambool and surrounding areas.

We’re after someone who knows concrete slabs from start to finish — set-up, pour, and finish.

Work includes:

- Setting up slabs (formwork, boxing, reading steel plans)
- Pouring and finishing concrete
- Working as part of an experienced crew on active sites

Requirements:

- Experience in the concrete industry
- Ability to set up, pour and finish slabs
- Able to read plans and work unsupervised
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
