As MOOII continues to expand its retail network in 2026, we are now seeking an experienced and motivated Full-Time Retail Manager to join our Melbourne team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strong retail leader to play an important role in our Melbourne operations, driving store performance, developing our team and delivering an exceptional customer experience as the business continues to grow.

About the role

We are looking for a hands-on and customer-focused Retail Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day operation and performance of our Melbourne stores. You will be responsible for leading the retail team, maintaining excellent customer service and helping drive sales and store performance.

Key responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store
- Lead, motivate and support the retail team
- Recruit, train and develop team members
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high store standards
- Drive sales and achieve store targets




- Prepare and manage staff rosters
- Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing support
- Manage stock, inventory and replenishment
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation
- Manage customer enquiries, feedback and complaints
