Terra Civil Pty Ltd is a well-established, family-owned company with over 30 years of industry experience.

We are one of NSW’s leading specialists in Civil Works, Excavation, Haulage and Waste Removal, based in South West Sydney with projects across the Sydney Metropolitan.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are currently seeking an experienced Grader Operator to join our team and work across major civil construction projects.

This is a excellent opportunity for someone who is experienced, motivated and looking to build a long-term career within the civil industry.

The successful applicant will:

- Have a strong understanding of civil and earthworks;
- Be confident working safely around moving plant and equipment;
- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic;
- Be energetic, reliable and willing to learn;
- Work well within a team environment;
- Take pride in their work and strive to achieve quality outcomes; and
- Be keen to develop their skills and progress within the company.

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 3 years’ experience operating a Grader;




- Current WHS Construction Induction Card (White Card);
- Current VOC or SOA (Preferred, but not essential);
- Experience in GPS & Final Trim;
- Demonstrated experience in earthworks;
- Commitment to working safely and complying with the company’s Safety Management System;
- Reliable and team-oriented; and
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical.
