SMART AVR, part of AMA Group, provides advanced vehicle diagnostics, ADAS calibration, electronic programming, auto-electrical services and technical repair solutions.

We’re looking for an experienced Centre Manager to lead our Nerang operation and drive strong operational, commercial and customer outcomes.

This role would suit a commercially minded leader who understands financial performance, can interpret a P&L;, and is confident building relationships to create new opportunities.

Whether your background is in automotive, collision repair, diagnostics, mechanical services or a related industry, we’re looking for someone who knows how to lead people and run a successful business.

What You'll Be Doing

- Leading and developing a high-performing team
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the Nerang site
- Monitoring performance against budgets and financial targets
- Reviewing and interpreting P&L; reports to identify opportunities for improvement
- Driving revenue growth through customer relationships and business development activities
- Building strong partnerships with insurers, repair businesses, dealerships and industry stakeholders
- Identifying new work opportunities and expanding service offerings




- Ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency
- Delivering strong safety, quality and compliance outcomes

What We're Looking For

- Leadership experience in automotive, collision repair, mechanical, technical services or a related industry
- Strong commercial acumen, including experience with budgets, KPIs and P&L; reporting
- A proactive approach to business development and relationship management
- Solid people leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on growth, safety, quality and continuous improvement
