About the Role n

As the Store Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our boutique, leading a passionate team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving commercial success. This is a full‑time Store Manager position working a Tuesday to Saturday roster, with a proposed salary of $65,700 + super + clothing allowance with other incentives and benefits. Blue Illusion offers the opportunity to combine leadership, style,

What You’ll Be Responsible For n

- Drive and achieve sales targets through effective merchandising, product knowledge, and customer service.

- Analyse sales trends and implement strategies to maximise profitability.

Community Engagement nn
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the local community.

- Plan and execute events to enhance the boutique's presence and engage customers.

Brand Ambassadorship nn
- Represent Blue Illusion with enthusiasm, embodying the brand values and French‑inspired aesthetic.

- Actively promote the boutique within the local community.
n

Customer Building nn
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with customers through personalised service.
n
- Implement initiatives to enhance the customer experience and satisfaction.
