The role focuses on delivering intensive in-home interventions, strengthening parenting capacity and reducing risk, with a caseload of 8-10 families and the potential for full time or 0.8 FTE arrangements.

You will work across the northern region, coordinating supports, engaging with schools and community services, and contributing
