Spire Retail - Sharetea / Doughkyo – Carnegie VIC

We are seeking a full-time Multimedia Designer (38 hours per week, Monday to Friday) to support our Marketing team in our Melbourne office. You will play a key role in creating engaging digital and visual content that supports our marketing initiatives, franchise network and ongoing business growth.

Key responsibilities

- Consult with management, internal stakeholders and external design agencies to understand business objectives and project requirements.
- Research user needs and develop creative concepts, wireframes and prototypes for the company's website and mobile applications.
- Design engaging user interfaces and multimedia content for the company's website and iOS and Android applications.
- Prepare layouts, graphics and production-ready digital assets for websites, mobile applications and digital marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing, development teams and external designers to ensure website and application designs align with the company's branding and business objectives.
- Maintain brand and visual consistency across the company's website, mobile applications and other digital platforms.

About you





- Bachelor's degree or higher in Multimedia Design, Digital Design, Interactive and Mobile Media, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Communication Design, Animation, or a closely related discipline.
- At least one year of full-time experience in website and mobile application design, preferably involving retail, loyalty programs, e-commerce, or customer engagement platforms.
- Full Australian work rights (Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or holders of a visa with unrestricted full-time work rights).
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Passion for the hospitality, food and beverage, or retail industry.
