This is a hands‑on role with plenty of variety. One moment you’ll be helping a customer get on the road, the next you’ll be checking a vehicle, fixing a minor maintenance issue or organising work with one of our local repairers.

This is not a desk job. You’ll work alongside the Branch Manager across the whole operation: customers, vehicles, maintenance, staff and the day‑to‑day running of the branch. We’re looking for someone who can take responsibility, solve problems and get stuck in.

Who You Are

What You’ll Do

- Support the Branch Manager with the day‑to‑day running of the Cairns branch.

- Help lead the team and keep the day organised, productive and moving.

- Oversee vehicle preparation and cleaning quality, stepping in for detail work and touch‑ups when required.

- Complete vehicle checks, identify faults and carry out minor repairs and maintenance.

- Coordinate larger mechanical work with our external repairers and suppliers.

- Deliver great customer service across campervan pick‑ups, returns and everything in between.

- Keep maintenance records, fleet movements,



expenses and other branch admin up to date.

- Maintain a clean, organised and safe workplace.

- Drive local sales, upsell extras and support vehicle sales.

What You Bring

Must‑Haves:

- A valid driver’s licence.

- Strong practical, mechanical or handyman skills — you’re comfortable using tools and figuring things out.

- Strong communication skills — clear, calm and confident.

- Good attention to detail and an organised approach.

- A robust work ethic — you show up, step up and follow through.

- Confidence using computers, apps and basic admin systems.

Bonus Points For:

- Experience in automotive, rentals, tourism or hospitality.

- Previous team leadership or supervisory experience.

- Experience maintaining vehicles, caravans, campervans or similar.

- A love of travel, road trips and the outdoors.

What You’ll Get

- $60,000 base salary + super

- Monthly commission on insurance, add‑ons and vehicle sales — no cap

- Monthly performance bonus — up to $500 (at risk)

- Annual $5,000 retention bonus (at risk)

- OTE $70,000–$75,000+

- Free annual international campervan hire

- Full training and ongoing support.
