Role Opportunity

An opportunity to lead construction delivery on a major rare earths entering the execution phase in early 2027. Working within an EPCM environment, you will oversee multi-discipline construction activities while driving safety, productivity and contractor performance.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

- Extensive mineral processing construction experience
- Engineering or construction qualifications

Duties & Responsibilities

- Champion site-wide HSE compliance
- Develop construction execution strategies
- Manage multi-discipline construction activities
- Coordinate contractors across site
- Monitor schedule, cost and progress
