WHAT THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKE n

We have steady flow with defined peak runs -- and we need someone who can:

- Produce consistently great coffee

- Pour confident latte art as standard

- Engage customers naturally and professionally

- Stay composed and efficient during busy periods

- Step into front-of-house tasks when coffee slows (we operate as one team)
