We are seeking a proactive, highly organised and service-oriented Assessments Coordinator. Working as part of a geographically dispersed national team, you will collaborate with colleagues across multiple locations to ensure consistent, high-quality support and service delivery.
This full-time position is responsible for a variety of administrative and customer support functions, including processing apprentice documentation, coordinating e-journal support and training, managing shared inbox communications, and responding to walk-in enquiries. The role is also responsible for coordinating and scheduling assessments, site visits, meetings, and other key activities, ensuring effective resource allocation and timely communication with apprentices, employers, instructors, and internal stakeholders.
