The role

Full-time or Part Time Family Law Paralegal based in Brisbane CBD with the opportunity to work from home or between one of our suburban offices in Aspley, Capalaba or the Gold Coast. You'll support our legal teamsacross all family law matters — property, parenting, DV, spousal maintenance, financial agreements and divorce — with genuine autonomy and a team that has your back.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and drafting legal documents such as affidavits, consent orders, financial statements, and other court documents

Conducting legal research and analysis to support solicitors in preparing for client meetings and court appearances

Liaising with clients, external parties, and the courts to gather information and progress matters

Organising and maintaining electronic and physical files in an efficient manner

Providing administrative support to the Family Law team as needed

What we're looking for

1+ years' experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal, preferably in a family law workplace





Robust written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure

Proficient in using legal software and MS Office suite

A compassionate, empathetic approach with clients
