Product Manager (SuccessFactors Payroll)

$770.00 per day including Superannuation

Altitude is seeking an experienced Product Manager (SuccessFactors Payroll) to join a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting.

This role will lead SuccessFactors Payroll product delivery within a large, complex enterprise. You will shape product direction, lead a talented team, and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable and user friendly payroll solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Define product requirements, prioritise features and translate strategy into actionable backlogs, partnering with design, engineering and operations teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption
- Balance customer needs, business goals and technical feasibility, using analytics, research and customer insights to drive prioritisation and validate outcomes
- Lead, coach and mentor a team of people leaders and operations specialists, setting explicit objectives and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and high performance
- Act as the primary point of contact for business and technology stakeholders on service performance, risks and issue resolution, providing transparent reporting to leadership
- Build strong relationships with senior internal clients, vendors and partners while ensuring adherence to internal standards and governance frameworks.

Key Requirements





- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar, with a consistent history of delivering measurable results for both users and the business
- Experience developing and mentoring Associate Product Managers and contributing to the Product Chapter
- Experience supporting digital channels in large, complex organisations, ideally within a digital first organisation with a strong customer centric focus
- Demonstrated knowledge of the product lifecycle and the broader digital ecosystem, including the software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, user experience design, usability and accessibility
- Exceptional people management, collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build consensus and drive hard decisions when needed
- Tertiary degree preferred.
