Advoc8 helps government relations and public affairs teams stay on top of the political information that matters to them. Our platform monitors a huge volume of political data and helps customers cut through the noise to find what’s relevant.

We’re looking for a Product Specialist to become an expert in the Advoc8 platform and help customers get the most out of it.

Working closely with our Sales and Account Management teams, you’ll support customers across the product journey. You’ll help configure accounts and trials during the sales process, implement and train recent customers once they come on board, and periodically review existing accounts to make sure they’re set up effectively.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is analytical, curious and enjoys getting into the detail of how a product works, while also being comfortable working directly with customers.

What you'll do

- Support the Sales team during trials, understanding what prospective customers need and configuring their Advoc8 account accordingly
- Implement new customers, translating their requirements into an account setup that delivers relevant, useful information
- Onboard and train new customers, including senior professionals, so they understand how to use Advoc8 effectively
- Periodically review customer accounts, using product and customer health metrics to identify opportunities to improve their experience
- Troubleshoot product and configuration questions, working with our Product and Data teams where required to resolve issues
- Become an expert in the Advoc8 platform, understanding how different customers use the product and how to configure it for different needs
- Maintain our Help Centre,



keeping resources up to date as the product evolves and turning common customer questions into useful guidance

About you

You’re naturally curious and analytical, with an interest in understanding how software works and how it can be configured to solve different customer problems.

You enjoy getting into the detail, figuring out why something isn’t working as expected and finding a solution. At the same time, you’re comfortable talking to customers and can explain a product clearly without relying on technical jargon.

Ideally, you’ll have:

- Experience in software, implementation, configuration, onboarding, product support or a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- An interest in becoming a genuine product expert
- Experience working with customer or product data
- Robust written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence working with customers, including senior professionals
- Strong attention to detail
- A process improvement mindset

You don’t need experience in government relations or politics. What matters more is your ability to learn the product, understand what a customer is trying to achieve and work out how to set up Advoc8 to deliver it.
