Meals Plus is looking for a reliable and motivated Production Assistant to join our food production team.

Required Availability

Applicants must be available to work a minimum of 3 days per week from the following shifts:

- Tuesday: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Sunday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

You must be available for the full shift on the days you are rostered.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with daily food production and meal preparation
- Support plating, packing and labelling of meals
- Follow production schedules and instructions
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness
- Follow GMP, HACCP and workplace safety procedures
- Assist with picking, packing and dispatch when required
- Check products and packaging for quality and accuracy
- Keep production areas clean, organised and safe
- Work efficiently to meet daily production targets
- Work cooperatively with the production and QA teams

About You We are looking for someone who is:

- Reliable and punctual




- Hardworking and responsible
- Physically fit and comfortable working on their feet
- Able to work in a fast-paced food production setting
- A good team player with a positive attitude
- Able to follow instructions and food safety procedures
- Available to work at least 3 of the listed days
- Previous food manufacturing or commercial kitchen experience is an advantage, but training will be provided
