About the role

We're looking for a hands-on Production Floor Support team member. You'll help keep our manufacturing floor running smoothly and support our machinists, technicians and quality team every day. It's a great role for someone who likes practical work, wants to learn, and would enjoy being part of a growing medical device manufacturer.

Key responsibilities

- Supporting production staff with daily manufacturing tasks
- Moving, staging and tracking materials, parts and work orders on the floor
- Helping with machine setup, basic maintenance, cleaning and changeovers
- Carrying out basic inspection and packaging tasks, following set procedures
- Keeping the work area clean, organised and safe (5S)
- Following documented work instructions and quality requirements closely
- Pitching in wherever the team needs a hand

About you

- Mechanically minded: you like knowing how things work and enjoy fixing them
- Production experience: you've worked in a production, manufacturing or workshop setting
- Takes instruction well: you follow procedures carefully and ask when unsure
- A can-do attitude: you're reliable,



keen to learn and happy to get stuck in
- Detail-focused: quality matters in what we make
- Flexible: available for overtime when needed
- TAFE background (e.g. Engineering, Mechanical, Manufacturing or Fitting & Machining) is ideal but not essential
