Details: The Production Operations and Venue Infrastructure Manager is a key role at the Canberra Theatre Centre (CTC), responsible for the planning, coordination and delivery of productions, events and capital works across the CTC. The role leads production planning, WHS and operational coordination to ensure resources are effectively deployed and activities are delivered safely, efficiently and with minimal disruption to business operations.

Working closely with Programming, Technical and Facilities teams, the position acts as a point of coordination between CTC and external contractors, including major projects such as the Canberra Lyric Theatre development. From project planning through to commissioning and handover, the role ensures operational requirements are integrated into project delivery, staff are prepared and trained, and venues remain operationally ready.
