About the Role:

Enviro is seeking a practical and organised production coordinator to coordinate the manufacture and delivery of our Australian designed stormwater treatment and harvesting systems.

This is a hands on coordination role sitting between project requirements, suppliers, manufacturing and delivery. You will take responsibility for keeping project moving from order through production and delivery. Ensuring purchase orders are issued, suppliers are updated, manufacturing schedules remain current and the required documentation is prepared.

The role would particularly suit someone with experience in construction, manufacturing, estimating, scheduling or production coordination who understands how projects move from design and specifications through manufacture and delivery.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinate projects from confirmed order through manufacture and delivery.
- Prepare, issue and manage purchase orders for manufacturers, suppliers, components and materials.



This will include issuing manufacturing and assembly instructions.
- Maintain production schedules and ensure upcoming manufacturing requirements and deadlines are clearly communicated.
- Review project drawings, specifications and site information to identify relevant manufacturing requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, communicating project status and ensuring schedules are met.
- Assist with continuous improvement of production and project coordination systems.

About You You will be practical, organised and comfortable taking ownership of multiple projects.

Experience within the construction, civil, fabrication or manufacturing industries would be particularly valuable.

It would also be desirable if you have some experience in reading drawings and technical information and have a practical understanding of how manufactured products move from design through to delivery.

Desirable Skills:

- Experience in using CAD or similar drawing software.
- Exposure to civil construction or stormwater projects.
