PeopleWise is partnering exclusively with an established and growing South Australian manufacturer to recruit three Production Supervisors across:

- Human Consumption Meat Processing
- Pet Food Production
- Leather Processing

All three positions are permanent, full-time day shift roles with no rotating roster. We're looking for experienced production leaders who enjoy being on the floor, leading people, solving problems and keeping production running safely and efficiently.

The Role

Reporting to the Production Manager, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day performance of your production area, including:

- Leading, coaching and developing your production team
- Coordinating workflow, labour and daily production requirements
- Achieving production, quality and efficiency targets
- Managing attendance and day-to-day people matters
- Identifying process improvements and reducing downtime
- Troubleshooting basic production and equipment issues
- Working closely with Quality, Maintenance and other production teams
- Maintaining strong WHS, quality and compliance standards

Depending on your experience, you'll be considered for the production area that best suits your background. About You You'll ideally bring:

- Experience as a Production Supervisor, Team Leader, Shift Supervisor or similar
- A background in food, meat processing, pet food, FMCG, manufacturing or high-volume production




- Proven experience leading and developing production teams
- Robust understanding of production KPIs, quality and efficiency
- Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Confident communication and people-management skills
- A strong focus on safety, quality and continuous improvement

For the food and meat areas, HACCP, GMP and food safety experience will be highly regarded. Exposure to DAFF/export requirements, meat processing or protein manufacturing would be advantageous.
