About the Role:

We are seeking motivated and reliable Production Workers to join our growing aluminium manufacturing team. This role is hands-on and suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced factory environment, takes pride in quality workmanship, and has strong attention to detail.

As part of our production team, you will be involved in the manufacturing and assembly of high-quality aluminium windows, doors, and related products.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

- Cutting aluminium and other materials to specification
- Preparing and processing metal for fabrication
- Assembly of aluminium windows, doors, and screens
- Glazing of window and door units
- Operating factory machinery and hand tools




- Reading and interpreting production paperwork and measurements
- Quality checking finished products
- Maintaining a clean and safe work setting
- Assisting in other areas of production as required

Skills & Experience:

- Experience in aluminium fabrication, glazing, or manufacturing preferred (but not essential)
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and machinery
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Positive physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Forklift licence (advantage but not essential)
- Strong safety awareness
