ACO Halgan is a roto-moulding and fabrication manufacturer based in NSW, VIC & QLD that requires a Plastic Fabricator and Poly Welder in our brand new production factory in Park Ridge.

The role requires you to

- Perform plastic fabrication and poly welding tasks – primarily joining large HDPE sections.
- Aligning parts to be joined using hand tools and measuring instruments.
- Examine welds for width of bead, penetration and quality.
- Able to read and follow detailed product drawings.
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Responsible for assuring the quality of their own work.
- Record information, such as product details and dates of production.
- Be reliable, punctual and dependable.
- Strong commitment to safety & workplace





Skills and experience You will need to have,

- Previous factory/ workshop experience and can follow safety requirements.
- Preferably 2 years of experience using extrusion welding and hot air welding equipment and/or Plastic welding certificate.
- Mechanical aptitude including reading & interpreting engineering drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical ability
- Forklift ticket

Pay: $27.45 – $36.16 per hour Expected hours: 38.0 per week
