MproV Bookkeeping | Consulting is a well-established Adelaide-based practice proudly providing end-to-end bookkeeping, payroll, BAS and MYOB consulting services to small and medium-sized businesses across a variety of industries, including retail, service, construction and manufacturing.

We’re looking for an experienced bookkeeper with practical payroll skills to join our friendly and growing team. You will be stepping into an established role with full guidance and support provided. This is a permanent part-time role starting at approximately 30 hrs per week, with the possibility of becoming a full time position.

About the Role

This is a diverse and rewarding role where no two days are necessarily the same. You’ll work with a broad range of clients, providing tailored support, end-to-end bookkeeping and payroll services, and ensuring their financial records are accurate, up to date and well maintained. Most importantly, you’ll give clients peace of mind knowing they have a reliable, responsive team supporting their business.

We’re looking for someone who is confident working independently, takes pride in getting the details right and enjoys building good relationships with clients, as well as the MproV team.

You’ll have the freedom to plan and manage your own workload, while keeping on top of client needs, deadlines and time-critical compliance tasks.



You’ll also have the support of an experienced team around you, with plenty of opportunity to ask questions, share ideas and get a hand when you need it.

The role is primarily work-from-home, with some clients preferring on-site bookkeeping support. This may involve occasional or regular visits to client premises, depending on the client’s requirements. Being organised, adaptable and comfortable managing your own time will be important.

What You'll Bring

- At least 2 years’ proven experience in bookkeeping and payroll
- A minimum Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or Accounting
- MYOB experience (essential), with Xero experience a bonus
- A high level of accuracy and strong problem-solving skills
- A professional approach to confidentiality and handling sensitive information
