About the role

This is a hands-on role responsible for coordinating multiple teams and competing priorities while acting as the key conduit between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. You will translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories, facilitate stakeholder discussions and drive initiatives through to successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate multiple concurrent D365 CRM initiatives and workstreams.

- Manage priorities, dependencies, risks, issues and delivery timelines across multiple teams.

- Facilitate workshops to capture and clarify business requirements.

- Develop and manage business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.

- Manage and prioritise the CRM backlog in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.

- Act as the key conduit between business stakeholders and technical teams.

- Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements and communicate technical considerations back to the business.





- Facilitate discussions and resolve conflicting requirements and competing priorities.

- Support solution design, testing, UAT, implementation and business readiness.

- Provide clear delivery reporting and stakeholder communication.

About you

- Proven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM initiatives.

- Solid Program/Project Management and Business Analysis experience.

- Experience managing multiple teams, workstreams and competing priorities.

- Strong experience developing business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.

- Excellent workshop facilitation, stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.

- Experience with Agile delivery, backlog management and UAT.

- Exposure to Power Platform and CRM integrations would be advantageous.
