Keep the wheels turning – and the clients happy

We’re looking for an organised, people-focused Programme Supervisor to sit at the centre of our busy Bowral surveying practice.

You’ll be the first point of contact for our business, manage the daily and forward programme of work, coordinate field and drafting resources, and follow up quotations and prospective work.

This is a varied role for someone who enjoys talking to people, juggling priorities and making sure actions are followed through.

What you’ll be doing

- Answering incoming calls and client enquiries as the first point of contact for the business
- Understanding what clients need, answering routine questions and directing technical matters appropriately
- Preparing quotations and following them up by phone and email
- Talking clients through our services and helping progress enquiries into confirmed work
- Managing the daily and forward programme of work
- Scheduling field staff, drafting resources and equipment
- Monitoring active jobs and following up what is needed to keep them moving
- Keeping job and scheduling information current within our business systems
- Adjusting the programme as priorities,



staff availability and client requirements change

About you You’ll be a confident communicator who can build rapport with a broad range of clients and adapt your approach to different people and situations.

You’ll also bring

- Strong organisation and scheduling skills
- The ability to manage multiple jobs and competing priorities
- A proactive approach to follow-up and keeping work moving
- Strong attention to detail
- Sound judgement about what you can resolve yourself and what needs to be escalated
- Confidence using Microsoft 365 and learning new systems
- Experience in scheduling, operations, administration, customer service or another client-facing role

Experience in surveying, construction, residential building, trades, logistics or professional services would be useful, but isn’t essential. We can teach you the surveying-specific side of the role.

- Full-time: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8.00 am–5.00 pm
- Location: In office in Bowral, Southern Highlands NSW
- Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 + super, depending on skills and experience
