ABOUT THE POSITION.

Take the next step in your professional journey with the Sydney studio of a leading national multidisciplinary practice, known for their diverse portfolio and innovative design. They are currently on the lookout for an Architect who is experienced in leading projects end to end. They have a portfolio of large-scale multi-residential, mixed-use, retail, public and education projects. Be responsible for mentoring juniors, ensuring design standards are upheld, and project deadlines are met.

DUTIES.

- Lead a variety projects from Concept Design through to completion
- Manage your team and oversee construction documentation packages, ensuring alignment with Australian Building Codes
- Attend on-site meetings, liaise with builders, consultants, and other stakeholders

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.

- Tertiary qualification in Architecture, ideally registered
- Strong competency in Revit construction documentation
- Proven experience in Class 2 residential projects preferred, not essential
- Full working rights in Australia required
