Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of exciting projects, Fairbrother is seeking a motivated and reliable Project Coordinator to join our Construction team in Warrnambool.

About the role:

As a Project Coordinator, you will support the delivery of construction projects by assisting with the coordination of project activities, documentation and stakeholder communication.





You’ll play a key role in keeping projects running smoothly, ensuring safety, quality and timelines are met.

Key responsibilities:

- Interpret and coordinate construction documentation, site plans and specifications
- Assist with design coordination and site planning, including scheduling and logistics
- Prepare and support subcontractor engagement and coordination
- Manage multiple tasks and support delivery against project deadlines
- Maintain strong communication with project teams, subcontractors and clients
- Contribute to safety, quality and environmental performance across all project activities

About you

You may be

- A Carpenter or trade skilled looking to step off the tools and move into a coordination role.
- A graduate or early-career professional with construction-related tertiary qualifications.
- Someone with a mix of practical site experience and robust computer/technical skills.

• An experienced administration professional with strong organisational skills and exposure to finance or project work, ready for your next step in construction.
